FVZ denotes a non vacuum machine - Only a VAC-P has the additional vacuum chamber + controls.
Vacuum degassing is fully controlled, regulated and digitally programmed via a colour touch screen. Process for a whole or part cycle. The sealed vacuum chamber can also be used for inert or chilled gas.
LR - Abbreviates 'Long Radius'. LR gives extra length to the primary DAC rotational axis generating up to 20% additional power. A superb benefit when mixing high volume, low molecular weight powders. LR was an additional performance cost option on certain DAC SpeedMixers in the past. As this benefit was very popular all SMART-DAC SpeedMixers now incorporate a 'Long Radius Arm' as standard.
