The 250gm - 2kg weight capable SMART DAC have the same external dimensions and profile. The Portable Floor Stand sets the lid at a user friendly height and makes them easy to move around a lab. Designed to maximise capacity of the internal mixing chamber any Smart-DAC can mix in 2ltr straight sided PP Mix Cups or 3.0ltr tapered pails.
The Smart-DAC SpeedMixer has a lower profile than previous DAC600-1100 SpeedMixer™ products.
The High Volume Smart DAC 1.1kg / 1.5kg and 2kg models accept 3.78ltr / 1 US Gallon containers and offer a longer Radius rotational arm. Extra inertia is ideal for higher volume, low molecular weight powders / fillers.
The largest Smart DAC mixers are for production. These three phase floor mounted models have the choice of a single 5/10/15kg mixing basket or for 2026 we now offer two in the new double basket (DB) models. So 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg or 2 x 15kg.
We strongly advise a Smart-DAC is mounted on its specific Hauschild Portable Floor Stand.
