A small vacuum or non-vacuum Hauschild SpeedMixer® will mix a batch size up to 250gm. This is fully scalable mixing from just 1g up to 16L, depending on the model.
In any of the small SpeedMixer range you can use a multiple holder for Mix Cups, syringes or laboratory vials to process more than one container at a time. The maximum volume a small Hauschild SpeedMixer® can accommodate is 2.8ltr. Ideal for powder mixing.
Both the vacuum and non-vacuum laboratory instruments are ideal for R&D Formulation / Q.A and Q.C requirements. The bench / table top systems have a small footprint and are powered by a standard 110v or 230v EU / U.K / USA mains lead and plug.
NON-VACUUM - DAC 150.3 FV / FVZ
NON-VACUUM - DAC 250.3 FV / FVZ
NON-VACUUM - DAC 250.3 SP
VACUUM READY - SMART-DAC 250.4 VAC-P LR
SMART-DAC 250.4 Programmable Vacuum SpeedMixer with Long Radius (LR) capability.
This smallest Vacuum Ready SMART-DAC bladeless mixing instrument pilots a totally new innovative range of intelligent hi-tech SpeedMixer instruments which re-define current material mixing technology.
Technologically superior to any other precision SpeedMixer manufactured to date this digitally programmable vacuum will mix small batches from 1gm up to 250gm. Using a special Mix Cup holder it will process multiple product containers simultaneously.
Capable of degassing any material is what is classed as a a full vacuum - 29.5"Hg (mercury inches) or 1 bar. A partial and variable vacuum is fully controllable from the programable Smart-DAC touch screen control consol.
Designed to enhance the capabilities of R&D Formulation laboratories, any Long Radius arm model delivers 20% more power than a standard DAC Hauschild SpeedMixer. Rotating further from its axis, increasing g-force enormously benefits mixing of powders, high viscosity Silicone LSR, milling and grinding.
