DAC150+250 - Both small quiet, fast lab mixers from Hauschild SpeedMixer® which mix 5ml to 150 or 250gm depending on it's weight capability. Our bubble free material mixing technology is over 52 Years Old and fully scalable, up to large volume pails for production quantities.
Any SpeedMixer™ instrument will process single samples. Different holders are available for multi cavity Mix Cups, syringes / laboratory vials to process more than one container at a time. The maximum volume a 150gm DAC Hauschild SpeedMixer® can accommodate is 250ml, 375ml in a DAC250.
Beyond the small DAC150/250 instruments we offer 250gm Smart-DAC with integrated vacuum degassing.
The 250gm Smart-DAC 250.4 VAC-P LR, isn't so 'small' so comes with a portable floor stand. Full or partial vacuum can be acheived to 3mbar and the higher volume capacity will accept upto a 3 litre pail. Superb for high volume, low weight powder mixing applications such as Graphene.
These vacuum and non-vacuum laboratory instruments are ideal for R&D Formulation / Q.A and Q.C requirements. The bench / table top systems have a small footprint and are powered by a standard 110v or 230v mains lead and plug.

The High Volume SMART-DAC 250.4 Programmable Vacuum Degassing SpeedMixer with Long Radius (LR) mixing arm.
This small Vacuum Capable SMART-DAC bladeless mixing instrument pilots a totally new innovative range of intelligent hi-tech instruments which re-defined mixing technology since launching.
Technologically superior to any other precision SpeedMixer manufactured to date this digitally programmable vacuum will mix small batches from 1gm up to 250gm. Using a special Mix Cup holder it will process multiple product containers simultaneously.
Capable of degassing any material is what is classed as a a full vacuum - 29.5"Hg (mercury inches) or 1 bar. A partial and variable vacuum is fully controllable from the programable Smart-DAC touch screen control consol.
Designed to enhance the capabilities of R&D Formulation laboratories, any Long Radius arm model delivers 20% more power than a standard DAC Hauschild SpeedMixer. Rotating further from its axis, increasing g-force enormously benefits mixing of powders, high viscosity Silicone LSR, milling and grinding.
