50 Years since inventing DAC bladeless mixing technology in 1974, Hauschild developed the new "DB" Double Basket SpeedMixer™.​

As part of the 50th Year Anniversary celebrations, this NEW Smart-DAC1100, 1500 + 2000 DB portfolio was first unveiled to distributors.

The Double Basket instruments mix twice the designated weight.

​​

Smart-DAC1100 DB - 2 x 1100gms = 2.2kg total

Smart-DAC1500 DB - 2 x 1500gms = 3.0kg total

Smart-DAC2000 DB - 2 x 2000gms = 4.0kg total

The larger capacity DB Smart DAC SpeedMixer™ instruments will mix one single container providing that the second basket has an equivalent load to maintain balance.

Mix a single sample in each basket or several containers simultaneously in one / both baskets using special multiple holders to batch process using up to a 1 US Gallon (3.8ltr) pail or a 310ml, 6, 12, 20oz cartridge.

The DB SpeedMixer is taller than the standard models so sit on a lower level portable floor stand to position the lid at a user friendly height, offering storage for holders and allowing a SpeedMixer™ to be moved easily, for sharing between labs or when cleaning.
