50 Years since inventing DAC bladeless mixing technology in 1974, Hauschild SpeedMixer® released their Double Basket products.
​

As part of the 50th Year Anniversary celebrations, the NEW "DB" (Double Basket) Smart-DAC1100, 1500 + 2000 porfolio was unveiled.

The Double Basket instruments mix twice the designated weight.

​​

DAC1100 DB - 2 x 1100gms = 2.2kg total

DAC1500 DB - 2 x 1500gms = 3.0kg total

DAC2000 DB - 2 x 2000gms = 4.0kg total

Designed specifically for higher volume mixing of material products.

The larger weight capacity DB Smart-DAC SpeedMixer instruments will mix one single container providing that the second basket has an equivalent load to maintain balance.

Mix a single sample in each basket or several containers simultaneously in one / both baskets using special multiple holders to batch process using up to a 1 US Gallon (3.8ltr) pail or a 310ml, 6, 12, 20 + 32oz cartridge.

Smart-DAC portable floor stands set the lid at a user friendly height, offering storage for holders and allowing a SpeedMixer™ to be moved easily, for sharing between labs or when cleaning.
