Productive Innovations are the only SpeedMixer™ distributor + servicing partner in Great Britain, Eire, Finland, Northern Ireland and Scandinavia authorised by Hauschild SpeedMixer®. We conduct service work, repairs and modifications supplying only OEM component parts.

​​​Supporting your business to achieve uninterupted reliability from any DAC or SMART-DAC SpeedMixer irrespective of age. ​Our SpeedMixer™ Service Center is dedicated to Genuine Hauschild SpeedMixer® instruments, irrespective of their age as depending on use, a 10-15+ year service life is typical.

OEM Part deliveries from U.K, European or USA stock with international delivery available. Our Mobile On-site Repair and Service engineers are available to all new and existing users.

Enquire about our 'Collect+Return' or 'Hot-Swap' preventative maintenance and disaster contingency solutions.

 

Loan Equipment or Rental DAC's are available to ensure continuity whilst servicing work is undertaken. Safe return can be arranged for factory modifications or upgrades are using OEM shipping crates.

BE AWARE : - ​Counterfeit parts are not manufactured to the German precision engineering specifications or machined tolerances. These will not uphold the quality standards required to withstand 1000+ G-force that a genuine SpeedMixer™ can generate. Compromised components will affect safety and the reliability, performance and life expectancy of a DAC / Smart-DAC instrument.

The previous representatives FlackTek Inc. including Synergy Devices Limited were terminated from the Hauschild supply chain in May2020. Other servicing companies are not supported and these previous suppliers have not been supplied by Hauschild since 2020. Read more here.
