The Hauschild SpeedDisc is a precision engineered component used when transferring Speed Mixed product from a PP Mix Cup into another container, such as an empty EFD / Fisnar / PPG / Semco / Techon cartridge or syringe.

The SpeedDisc + LeverPress system is simplistic and effective.

​

This innovative SpeedDisc is used in conjunction with Hauschild LeverPress. The LeverPress and SpeedDisc are required to initiate transfer from a PP Mix Cup.

The SpeedDisc is placed on top of your mixed material, inside a PP Mix Cup. SpeedDisc's are  engineered to specific tolerances offering an interference fit, mating perfectly with the vertical sides of Mix Cups or other containers. Smooth vertical sides of the Mix Cup are wiped clean as the material is displaced and the level drops.

100% of your mixed material can be used so that no product is wasted.

The Hauschild LeverPress enables a controlled and necessary pressure to be applied to a SpeedDisc to simply displace and transfer the material without introducing any air.
