The 150gm mixer is the smallest SpeedMixer product.

We also manufacture a 250gm version with the same external dimensions.

The DAC150.1 mixer removes visible air bubbles as part of its natural mixing cycle. This happens simultaneously when mixing starts. Any material(s) inside the sealed Mix Cup are forced to move by the immense mixing power this small instrument generates and applies. Contents of a sealed Mix Cup can be homogenously mixed and de-aired in seconds as this really quick video shows.

Mix a Single sample or process several containers as a Batch in 6, 12, 25 60 90 125 185 250ml PP Mix Cups. Any DAC150 can process single or multiple samples at a time with the right holder. Processing small samples in a fast and efficient way. We supply single and multiple cavity Mix Cup Holders which you can hot swap as required. Hot swap the PP Mix Cup holder you wish to process in seconds to use different sized containers.

A special vacuum degassing holder is available
to fit all existing DAC150 instruments. These are

 ideal for R&D Formulation / Q.A and Q.C requirements.

The DAC150 is a proven laboratory favorite for R&D, QA or QC. A bench top mixer with a very small footprint, powered by a standard 230v cable with 3 pin UK, EU or US mains plug.

DAC150.1 - Why are Two Lid Types Available? 
 

The DAC150.1 FV has a low profile lid which sits flush on the top surface of the hinged lid. The DAC150.1FVZ-K has a 'High Top Lid' which adds internal chamber height to accept cartridges, vials or upto 30cc syringes.   

​

The maximum volume container for the DAC150.1 FVZ is the P100 (185ml) Mix Cup. The FVZ-K High Top Lid will accept a Hauschild PP100L (250ml).

May 2020 MixUp

Before May 2020 these DAC150.1 Hauschild SpeedMixer® instruments were distributed through Flacktek (USA) and it's own appointed affiliates.

Synergy Devices Ltd were active in the U.K but since May 2020 they have no business intrest supporting or maintaining a DAC Hauschild SpeedMixer®.

​​

Not all DAC150 SpeedMixer™ products we've seen, supplied through Flacktek and Synergy Devices before May 2020 were complete genuine Hauschild SpeedMixer® instruments. These reliable lab mixers operate for decades so Hauschild U.K, USA or Germany can verify any instrument quickly for you with an on-site inspection. To begin send your serial number so we can check against our records. This we do at no charge to assure you of our commitment to the reliable German quality engineering you invested in, to prove it safe so it won't let you down.

Flacktek (USA) do not distribute DAC Hauschild SpeedMixer® products now. They do not supply Hauschild Products or Hauschild OEM parts for servicing. Authorisation was immediatley withdrawn by Hauschild in 2020 and supplies stopped in an effort to prevent further market activity.

This applied to Flacktek and their English representatives Synergy Devices, plus all the other 'Flacktek' appointed companies around the world. Find out more here.

Since May 2020 Hauschild persued legal action which has now been settled hence the older domain names now linking to Hauschild. Despite what you may have been told, manufacture of all DAC SpeedMixer™ products did not stop and non were discontinued. German DAC SpeedMixer products are still being made today as they have been for over 50 years since 1974.
